WHAT IS PAVERPOL?

Paverpol is a non-toxic art medium and  textile hardener that originated in the Netherlands and was introduced to Canada in 2007.  This product is water based and has received the AP seal for non-toxicity from the ACMI (Arts and Creative Materials Institute).  You just clean your hands and tools with warm water and soap...so you know it's safe to handle.  There are endless possibilities with Paverpol.  It can make rock-hard materials of fabrics, paper, leather, moss or tree branches.  It can even create stone-look figures by combining Paverpol with Art Stone.  Paverpol is a simple one coat medium that you can turn fabric (such as your old cotton t-shirt or silk scarf) into an amazing indoor or outdoor piece of art.  You simply dip the fabric into Paverpol and wrap around a sturdy base.  After two weeks of indoor curing, the object can be place outside.
